Description
This is a severely damaged 2007 Toyota Hiace van (UBM 189C) that was originally registered in Hong Kong as FX9039 on October 22, 2007, before being imported to Uganda where it was officially re-registered on July 21, 2022. The vehicle is currently owned by Mr. Emmanuel Twebaze of Kawempe Division, Kampala.
The van has sustained catastrophic damage from what appears to be a major collision. The front end is completely crushed, with the windshield shattered and missing. The roof is severely deformed with visible structural damage, and all side windows are broken or missing. Blue tarps have been draped over sections of the vehicle, indicating attempts to cover the extensive damage.
Despite the severe damage, the van retains some identifiable features:

- "Licensed to Carry Passengers" text visible on the side
